By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Please Note: Every piece of jewelry from mashumashu is unique and hand-made. Variations in colour and shape of semi-prescious stones and pearls is common.

Price and Payment Terms:
All prices listed on the site are in Canadian Dollars. U.S residents will be charged according to that day's exchange rate. Your total price for the products will be stated on your purchase receipt. Payment for the products must be made by credit card. mashu mashu reserves the right to reject any sale for any reason, including for a misprint in the price quotation or advertisement. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling or applicable sales taxes, which will be added.

Secure Server Credit Card Payment:
After choosing the items you wish to buy on our site you will be transferred to our secure sever to complete the purchase.

You will be required to add your name, your credit card details and a valid e-mail address in order to complete the Payment. (we exepet Visa, Master Card and American Express)

Payment by PayPal:
After choosing the items you wish to buy on our site you will be transferred to PayPal secure sever to complete the purchase. (This Payment Method is recomender to PayPal members)

Regional sales and duty tax:
Our office is based in Toronto Canada.
U.S. and International residents don’t pay tax.
Canadian residents pay 5% tax GST (Except residents of Ontario)
Residents of Ontario pay 5% tax GST + 8% tax PST.

All orders to the U.S. are duty exempt. For international orders, duty may apply according to the individual country and is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping:
mashu mashu will arrange shipping of the products to your address. Title to the products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address. The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt. mashu mashu will inform you of estimated shipment dates, but will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failure, or acts of nature.

Inspection of Products Upon Receipt:
You must examine the products when you receive them. If any item is damaged or missing, you must notify mashu mashu via e-mail at once. mashu mashu will not consider any claim for damaged or missing items more than ten (10) days from the date of delivery.

Return Policy:
mashu mashu offers a 7 - day refund for all merchandise purchased.
All items considered for refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all original packing materials.
All returning merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt. All returns are subject to inspection and mashu mashu reserves the right to refuse any merchandise. Please contact mashu mashu sales prior to making your return. Do not mark or sticker the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship all items to us pre-paid and for your protection insure the package and ship via traceable methods. Please note mashu mashu is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

To Redeem a Gift Certificate:
Within 24 hours of you purchasing a Gift Certificate, you will receive an e-mail from us with a specific Gift Certificate Code. This will enable your recipient to go to mashumasu.com and use that amount towards a purchase of any item. The recipient will input the Gift Certificate Code after adding the item to the shopping cart (See here). This amount will be automatically deducted from the shopping cart purchase
